Career Guidance & Placement Cell
About:
The institution has a Career Guidance and Placement Cell. There is a separate room for this cell. A placement officer is the head of the cell. The cell disseminates career and employment information. The College has separate career guidance & placement cell. During the last five years, many students have been placed in banks & companies through campus placements. Students are provided with adequate information about research aptitude & entrepreneurial skills by organizing industrial visits. College invites resource persons from industry for informal discussion.
The cell creates career awareness among the students by conducting the following activities.
Workshops on personality development
Workshops on career development
Workshops on Interview preparation, how to write competitive examinations etc.,
It organizes regular campus recruitment for the students of our college.
Campus interviews are conducted regularly by various MNC’s through our Placement Cell and a handful of our students have got placements in Infosys, WIPRO, IBM, FIRMNXT, Corporation Bank, Siemens, etc.

The Mission of our Training and Placement Cell is to train the students on industry needs and provide the best of opportunities available in India and abroad for its students. The Goal of Training and Placement Cell is to provide career guidance and placement opportunities to 100% of students studying in UIT.
